Chris and I love quiche, and since he is home on one of his weeks off right now, I decided to try to make quiche lorraine for breakfast yesterday. It took forever to make (an hour and a half), but it was definitely worth it! It was delicious!!!

The mini quiche lorraine...hot out of the oven!

Yummy! All stacked up on a plate and ready to eat!

I think they turned out really pretty!

These did not stay on my plate for long. I think they may have lasted about 20 seconds on my plate before I had to get seconds!
