All Tuckered Out

Jayden spent the past couple of days with Nonni and Aunt Katie, and apparently, he wore himself out. He never falls asleep on the couch, so you can imagine my surprise when I walked into the living room this afternoon and saw this....

What a precious little boy. There is absolutely nothing sweeter than a sleeping child. :)

My Mom's Birthday Party

My Mom's birthday was on March 10, so we had her party this past Saturday. I offered to have the party at our house, so I worked all day Saturday to get everything prepared. I baked for five hours, and Chris cleaned the house. Anyone who knows me knows that everything had to be perfect, so it was a pretty stressful day. It turned out perfect though, and everyone had a great time!

I made these Lemon Buttons. They were super-yummy, and I think they turned out so pretty!
I also made this Chocolate Whole Wheat Cake with Chocolate Ganache and Strawberries. We are on the Sugar Busters diet, so I tried to make the cake somewhat healthy!

I love tulips! I thought they were such a pretty touch! This is also a picture of the Pomegranate Lime Punch that I made.

Just a picture of the table. Nothing fancy, but it works.

I had to throw in a picture of my new lamp! It was so inexpensive, but I think it adds such a warm feeling to the kitchen! It is my favorite new purchase!

Here's a picture of our new kitchen cart. You can't really see it, but it worked wonderfully to hold the punch and the flowers. The candelabra picture is new too! I purchased it at the Affair of the Heart last month.

Me and my Mom. :) She loved her party!

Jayden and Riley were busy playing during the party!

Kali and Jayden were very interested in the presents (well...interested in opening them)!

We got my Mom a framed picture of Jayden. She loved it!
Okay...I'm going to wrap this up. The rest of the pictures that we took of the party were pretty boring, and nobody but our family would be interested in them. :)

Should I be concerned???

...That my child sings "Pants on the Ground" and does this in public?!?
